Permit Responsibility Policy

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a permit is required for dumpster placement in their municipality, neighborhood, HOA, roadway, or job site location. Any permits, approvals, parking permissions, or municipal authorizations required for dumpster placement must be obtained by the customer prior to delivery.

Nanus Dumpsters LLC is not responsible for obtaining permits and is not liable for any fines, violations, towing fees, penalties, delays, or damages resulting from permit non-compliance or unauthorized dumpster placement.

Multiple Dumpster Discount Policy

Discounted pricing for multiple dumpsters applies only when all reserved dumpsters are utilized as originally booked.

If a customer books service for two dumpsters and later cancels one dumpster, the discounted pricing will be removed and standard single-dumpster pricing will apply retroactively.

Example:

  • Two-dumpster discounted delivery rate: $200 per dumpster

  • Standard single-dumpster delivery rate: $250

If one dumpster is canceled, the remaining dumpster will automatically be adjusted to the standard single-dumpster rate of $250.
Hazardous Materials Policy
Customers are prohibited from placing hazardous, toxic, flammable, or otherwise restricted materials into any Nanus Dumpsters container. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Paints, stains, and solvents

  • Oils, gasoline, fuel, or automotive fluids

  • Chemicals and pesticides

  • Asbestos-containing materials

  • Tires

  • Batteries

  • Propane tanks

  • Refrigerators, air conditioners, or appliances containing Freon

  • Medical waste or biohazard materials

  • Explosives or flammable materials

Customers may reference the ACUA Disposal Guidelines for additional disposal restrictions and regulations.

If prohibited materials are found in the dumpster, the customer will be fully responsible for any resulting disposal fees, contamination charges, environmental penalties, transportation costs, cleanup expenses, rejected load fees, attorney fees, and any additional costs incurred by Nanus Dumpsters LLC.

Nanus Dumpsters LLC reserves the right to refuse pickup of any dumpster containing hazardous or prohibited materials until the materials are properly removed by the customer at the customer’s expense.

Failure to pay any fees or damages associated with prohibited materials may result in collection efforts, including legal action and recovery through the court system.
